Waltenbaugh Construction Co., Inc. has been building custom homes in Jefferson and Clallam counties since 1988. We are more than your average construction company, as each of our employees is dedicated to making your construction experience the best that it can be.
We specialize in plans & design, custom home building, remodeling, and light commercial buildings. We offer any level of interaction that you prefer, from you being involved every day, to you living across the country while we build your dream home. Though we are a contractor based in Port Townsend, our customers have been nationwide.
We have recently created a new password protected client area where our customers can login to our site to get detailed information on the progress of their home, you can view photographs, blueprints, schedules, helpful links, and other relevant information. Through our client area, you will be able to communicate directly with us enabling constant interaction. We are very excited to be able to offer this level of service to our customers, and hope it will enable us to be even better at what we do best. Constant communication with your contractor ensures peace of mind during the job!
We also offer our customers a homeowners' manual that will walk them through the different phrases of construction step-by-step. This book is intended to aid our customers in learning, rather than becoming overwhelmed, what will be expected of them during each step of the home building process, from getting a loan to choosing appliances. Upon completion, homeowners' receive a copy of our limited warranty, along with maintenance guidelines for every item in their newly constructed home, along with lien releases from the subcontractors & material providers who worked on, or provided material for, their project.
