The Office

Scott Waltenbaugh is the president of Waltenbaugh Construction Co., Inc. He has been involved in construction for over 40 years and is a Certified Building Designer. He is the person you will be meeting with initially, and if you have us design your home, he will be your designer.
Kris Minnihan is the Office manager, dealing not only with the office, but subcontractors, and is the client-job supervisor liaison. She will help you with your decision book in the beginning of the process, meeting with you as many times as you need to make sure you have all your decisions made, and will be with you until you move in to answer any questions, address any concerns, and make sure your wishes get passed along to the construction jobs supervisor. She is also available to lend some moral and/or emotional support as needed!
Cheryl Hilbert is our Office Assistant. She will most likely be the person who will answer the phone when you call, and she keeps our details from falling through the cracks. She does the research on your appliances and plumbing fixtures, etc., and makes sure any change order items get in to our books. The office has a very strong system in place for keeping track of your changes and correspondence, so hopefully no detail gets missed. Cheryl's attention to detail helps keep us moving along smoothly!
Tim Reichart is our Jobs Supervisor. After the plans are drawn, bid is accepted, and contract is signed, Tim will be the person who directs the crew to start construction on your home. He is in charge of day-to-day happenings on your project, overseeing the crew, making sure the materials are ordered correctly, meets with subcontractors, and makes sure your house is built according to the plans.
Keith Darrock is our Jobs Supervisor Assistant. He is the person who will make sure the subcontractors show up on time to do their scheduled work, makes sure they understand what it is they are supposed to do, and checks to see that they stay on track. He is also the person you will see for your walk-thru during your year-end pick-up. If you are interested in Green Building, Keith is the person who can tell you more about the subject.
